A 3D engraving is made of tiny, laser-etched dots that come together to recreate your photo inside of the glass crystal. The more dots, the more detailed the image inside the crystal. FYI, you will see your image in more detail inside a larger size crystal as we can add more dots. You can select either from the Standard engraving or upgrade to our Ultra engraving. The Ultra Upgrade provides for optimal detail and clarity with up to 50% more laser dots! More laser dots = more wow in every crystal, resulting in smoother, more defined and solid images providing next-level detail.
